My background in brief

Over a varied 25 year career I have been privileged to hold positions as a founding team member and shareholder of a B2B(2C) award winning job board product based out of the UK (acquired by Wiley Publishing in 2020), product and design executive leader at New Zealand's leading online marketplace, executive leader responsible for scaling a successful design consultancy in Australia, acquired in 2021 by CapGemini (now Frog Design).

Who I help

Now I work with start-ups and scale-ups, or organisations on a path of product-led transformation: helping them uncover opportunities, developing new products and bringing them to market, coaching teams or helping to structure their organisation around the value they deliver.

I have experience working directly with founders, CEOs and executive teams, making sure I'm connected to the metrics that matter for any organisation.
